Default Clunking sound when steering

When I turn the truck all the way to either side it makes a bad clunking sound. I notice it in drive thru's and when making u-turns. I recently had the front lower ball joints replaced and a 2" lift on front (springs and shocks). This occured before the lift. Please Help!

Default RE: Clunking sound when steering

you should check again your spring and shocks. maybe it causes the problem. Or maybe ball joints are installed perfectly.
