Do you know Xtool PS2

Hello there.
See, the thing is, I searched truck diagnostic tools for Dodge when the Xtool PS2 diagnostic tool comes into my eyes.
Anyone know it? How's it compared with X431 heavy duty?

No one has any advice?
I found a supported car list for this PS2 diagnostic tool. Unfortunately, this doesn't work in Dodge

There are been many website which is been quite very effficient for searching big trucks and which is been helpful too.
