I recently did the Sinister Diesel egr and cooler delete. I have straight exhaust and H&S mini maxx. It isn't that bad of a job to do. I can't tell any difference one way or the other. I was hoping I'd see a power increase. The H&S turns off the emission crap anyway. But the engine compartment looks much better now.

Well, the benefit is motor longevity. you will not see any performance gain or fuel mileage gain with a egr delete.

PM if you have any questions.

If you’re considering a 6.7 Cummins EGR delete, the SPELAB 6.7 Cummins Intake Manifold and Grid Heater Delete can be an excellent complementary upgrade. While the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) delete focuses on removing exhaust gases from the intake system to improve performance and reduce carbon buildup, the SPELAB upgrades enhance airflow and overall engine efficiency. The SPELAB intake manifold is designed to significantly increase airflow, allowing for up to 897 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) compared to the stock manifold's 421 CFM. This improvement helps your engine breathe better, especially under heavy loads, resulting in better throttle response and increased horsepower. Meanwhile, the Grid Heater Delete removes a restrictive component that can hinder airflow, lowering intake temperatures and reducing the electrical load on the engine. This means cooler, denser air for combustion, further enhancing performance. By combining the EGR delete with the SPELAB intake manifold and grid heater delete, you can achieve a cleaner, more efficient engine setup that maximizes power and reliability. If you’re looking to get the most out of your 6.7 Cummins, these upgrades are definitely worth considering!
