Default About to buy...Please help!

Hey everyone!

First post!

Im about to buy a 1998 F150 XLT Extended cab and long bed.

price is 4k.

125k mileage.

I wanted to know if I'm buying a lemon or if these things are pretty tough?

anything i should look for when looking it over? Im going tomorrow.

- Thank You!

Welcome
Hard to say on price without seeing what shape its in, what options it has etc
Just off the top of my head, its a little pricey unless its a 4x4

He's right its quite pricey considering the mileage and age of the car.

I suggest you try to negotiate for a lower price. Not a 4x4? Still, if it isn't in top condition i'd think twice about it.

Some people think their vehicle is worth more than it actually is. Go check out the Kelley Book website and get an idea of what it is worth.
