Ford SVT f150 lightning question
So a little background about myself. I just turned 17, im getting my license in a month and im currently working and have almost saved up enough money for a local ford lightning 1993 on craigslist. Im a junior in highschool and dont commute much, and I always wanted a truck, but something with speed. Now im not irresponsible and im not going to be hitting 60 n 70 in a residential... but id like a truck to be able to haul some *** when I go up to the lake or countryside. And when I go off to college.
I guess my main question is, is this the truck that is the right fit for what I want. Also does anyone know the correct MPG
these suckers get, I know its a gas guzzler , but I dont care abbount "GAS EFFICIENY", ive heard too many lectures and I figure I might as well have some fun at this age. But yeah, all the links ivve gotten for mpg that ive googled have given me different answrs, what do you guys think? Thanks yall

Hey Brute
Welcome to Truck Forums... You sound like your responsible enough and figured out your skipping a couple of steps and moving into the elite of the truck family.
Each truck is different in it's own way... even 2 Ford Lightings with all the same options may get different fuel economy for different reasons.
An EPA rating is usually just an average rating.
So I would take the lowest rating you have seen an budget for that in your new truck.
Good luck in your new investment
Come back and share some pictures if you buy it.
