Question Lights issues

Hey everyone.
I just got this old 88 f150. its got flashers and brake but no other lights.
Ive tried anther switch, and im getting low voltage from the bulb outlet.
I have a voltage tester but not sure where or what to check next.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks

Here's a shot in the dark for ya, if you havent figured anything out yet.Does it have trailer lights? On my '94, I spliced a pigtail into the tail/brake light wires. After a few years, my light swithch went bad. My friend who's a real truck mech. said you need the plug in wireing they sell, or it feeds voltage back thru the system. Might give you some ideas? good luck!
