Default Anyone had any luck . . .?

I'm looking for ways to boost the mpg for my '96 F250 as it's stuck around 10 and I have friends that drive the same year and model that get 12-15. I've heard upgrading the exhaust system can help, and someone suggested upgrading to performance grade filters for everything. I have my doubts about whether any of this will actually work. Anyone have any experience with it or a tried and true not mentioned above? I'm listening . . . listening harder as gas continues to climb . . .

In most cases, performance exhaust systems and air intakes can improve gas mileage. Just be cautious in selecting the right products for your rig.
