Default 1995 F250 4x4 w/351W swap with a nonturbo 7.3

I have a 1995 F250 4x4 with a 351W. A buddy of mine had a nonturbo 7.3 that is in a truck that he only wants the bed of. How difficult would it be to swap out the 351W with the nonturbo 7.3? What would I need of the diesel that I would need to put in my truck?

I've got nearly the same question, but I'll start a diff thread. Lol. If you are headed from gas to diesel, you'll need to change out pretty much everything from the gas tanks on forward.

That is a major conversion. If you want a diesel truck i suggest you buy a diesel truck, it would save you alot of pain and suffering.
