Hi Guys, I have a 2002 7.3L F250 when i engauge 4wd the front wheels dont lock in with the hubs in auto or lock but if a go for a drive with the hubs in lock then engauge 4wd it engauges straight any.Has anyone got any ideas on what is going on, i have had to get towed out of the mud 4 times in the last few weeks it is becoming a pain in the ***.

 

factory hubs are bad. swap them or take them off breakthem down and clean them.

after that check ur vacumn lines those factory hubs run off vac.. if there a hole or there torn there is ur prob. just trace the lines and look and listen
