Default Mild vibration and ABS light

I just bought an '06 F-250 King Ranch the other day. Shortly after that I noticed a mild vibration coming from the front end that seemed to get worse when decelerating or braking. Today my ABS light came on. I checked the brake fluid, ABS system wire connections, and looked over the brake rotors and found nothing out of the ordinary. I haven't pulled the wheels off to look at the brakes yet, but that is my next step. Anyone else ever had this problem?

im having something sum what simular.

after the first brake service on my 03 7.3. with new pads (best at O rileys) i turned them there too. was fine for about 3000 miles and it is starting to do it again but this time it is a strong vib. i was told that after the rotors have been turned so many times. they warp easier. im all so running into some saw toothin on the front with bad front shocks. got new 5100 just put them on this weekend but need to rotate the tires. im goin to try to turn them again. it has something to do with the extra load (tire size) and shocks making tire hoppin at high speed stops. at low speed it prob rotors. good luck..

Found the problem today! Retaining nuts on both of the front wheel bearings were just a little loose. I just gave it a temp. fix by tightening them a bit (don't go too tight or you'll overheat the bearings) and re-cotter keyed them. I'm going to replace the whole bearing sets pretty soon though. Didn't quite take all of the play out of the front left. I imagine that probably caused the ABS light to come on as well. I'll have to wait and see if it goes off after a while the next time I drive it. I hope this solves your issues as well as it is not very costly. Good luck back to you...

you can try to reset the abs sensor by disc battery for a little bit and reconnecting
