88 F350 4wd, dual tires in back, diesel engine with dump body. Mechanic replaced back brakes, then could not get brake pedal to stay up. Replaced master cylinder, brake booster and proportioning valve. Brake pedal is still mushy. If mechanic pinches off brake line, pedal stays firm. He called local Ford dealership and there mechanics were stumped also. Anybody have any ideas?
