93 f-350 will not start

Default 93 f-350 will not start
I have a 1993 F-350 7.3 diesel that will not start with out ether when cold
if i try to start it right after i shut it off it will start again
any ideas¿

Default diesel starting issue
I had a backhoe that had that problem. We fixed it by changing the fuel filter. It seems that once under power enough fuel got through but not enough to start it. Don't know if that helps but it's an idea.
