97 motor swap thoughts?

97 motor swap thoughts?
Hi all!
First post here, complete newb, so sorry in advance if this topic covers a topic that has already been addressed.
I recently bought my second Ford truck, a 97 XL 350 crew cab 4X4 5 spd., with a 351, geared at 4.10.
I have sitting unused in the driveway a 74 F100 4X4 with a built 390, from Shark Racing Engines. Anyone care to chat about the issues I'll be facing if it's possible to put this monster into the new truck? My hope is that I'll be able to someday gear the new truck lower, with the added torque of the big block. She only wants to cruise at about 60 right now...
Looking forward to spending some time cruising around this site, to see what's up.
