OK I am not a Ford guy so I am coming to you guys for help. My friend has a 1999 Ford F-350 that he bought recently. The A/C - Heater blower does not blow at any speed. I checked for power to it and there isn't any. I also checked for power at the blower resistor and there isn't any. I checked all the fuses and they are good. The A/C compressor is coming on and you can feel the line getting really cold so the system is apparantly good, just can't get any air out of the vents. Is there a relay for this? If so, where is it? Please help...thanks in advance!
