Default Door ajar light

Anyone out there have a problem with the door ajar light staying on even when all the doors are shut tight? My 2002 Ford F250 has recently started having this issue. The dome lights stay on too. Then after driving a bit, the doors automatically lock, the dome light goes off, and the dash light goes off and all is OK.

Check your doorswitches. Just disconnect them one by one until the problem stops, and replace it if problem stops. Next is to check the light switch.

Spray the open lock area with WD-40 on all the doors. Open and shut them several times spraying the WD-40. Check for light.
