Default Extreemly rough idle

I have a 2000 f250 with a 6.8L with 172k on it. When I start it in the mornig it runs fine untill it warms up and it starst to spit and spudder like it wants to stall. The service engine light came on and a local shop said it was showing left bank sensor and right bank sensor. Will an 02 sensor cause this or should i be looking somewhere else. If these will cause the problem, how many sensors are on the truck and which is left bank and right bank

I would start with the simple things like cleaning your throttle body valve. It could also be a battery/alternator problem( going bad). Is it over due for any filter changes or services?

That is a good question I never thought of, what is the actual left and right side of vehicles? Is it from sitting in the drivers seat or standing in front of your vehicle facing it?

Left and right are always sitting inside the vehicle i.e. Left is always drivers side and Right is always passenger.
