Default Fouling out front plug on 300-6 cyl

This motor is in a apple sprayer and runs @ 2100 rpm and fouls the front plug . You can clean it and it runs fine for a little . After about 3-4 hrs of running is when it starts fouling . It is black kinda sooty looking when I take it out . I can put the plug I took out in another hole and it`s fine but why the front one ? Any help I will appreciate .
