Default my 94 350 clutch mystery

hey everyone. this is my 1st post and hopefully someone can guide me on this one.

I have a 94 f350 7.3 diesel 4x4. recently the hydraulic clutch went to the floor, and i couldnt engauge or disengauge with the truck running.since then i have replaced the slave and master clutch cylinders. But the master cylinder pushrod is too long, and this is not an adjustible type of pushrod. With the linkage connected, i cant bleed the brakes, for the ocnstant preassure on the hydraulic system. The clutch pedal looks dang near unadjustable...the pushrod comes out about 1/2 inch too far..the old master was the sme way, although the guy i bought it from had just put it in. Can anyone help me? Thanx in advace.
