Default My '95 Ford F-350 d-side rear drum brake worn to the metal, other side fine, any ideas as to cause?

No springs broke.
Wheel cylinder not leaking.
Got a replacement drum from Pick and Pull off a '90 F-350 but is at the max diameter, is it safe to use?
Also got the brake shoes from same truck.
Pick and Pull said only '94 to '97 would fit, however couldn't find any of those, but this one appaers to be very similar and measures the same. Could their computer be wrong should I use this drum?
I also took the wheel cycliders from the '90 but both started leaking when I took the brake shoes off, does that mean they're bad?

Thank you very much in advance.
