Default no start electrical problem

After 6 hours of labor, the dealer has no idea!! The check engine light and wait to start light blinks when you turn the switch to the on position. The #14 relay in the fusebox under the hood is clicking. The glow plug relay has been changed and the relay also. I don't don't why they were changed since they were not the problem so far.No codes can be read from the computer at all now.He will check the pcm(?) next and take more time with that. He also says he may have to check all the wiring harnesses!! More labor and they are already asking me to approve more labor time.I'm up to 600 dollars already and nothing has been found to be the problem. Any suggestions are appreciated. I love my truck and do not wish to part with it.

OOPS!!! I drove the truck to The grocery store 10 minutes away.It ran good and started good.On the way home I stoped to help someone change a tire.I got back in the truck, and lo and behold,The same crap happened!!! The check engine light blinked and the wait to start light just blinked!!!! I had to call the Belton Ford Dealer to come get me and the truck. The man said he may have to change out the pcm!!! Expensive !!!! While I was waiting on the wrecker to get here I noticed all my battery cables could be moved by hand!! I hope this is not one of their games!!! Anyway I won't have to pay for what they already checked and did to the truck!! Oh me.I may be looking to trade now.I need the truck for work!!!
