Default Thinking of buying an 04' F-350

Went to look at a truck near my house. 2004 F-350 w/dump insert and plow w/50,000 miles

Truck looks decent. A little rust along the drivers side rocker and onto the door a bit, not terrible. Immediately upon first start up I could hear a very obvious exhaust leak. Either cracked manifold or maifold bolt broke, either way that will need to be fixed.
How much am I looking at for that ?

Alot of new parts, drive shafts, both hubs, front calipers, all hoses, trans lines, all brakes. Just seems odd for all the new parts with such low miles.

Anything else I should look for ??
Seems like a bit more beat up than I hoped expecially with 50,000 miles. This will be a second vehicle for my business so it will not be used all that much, just for landscaping and plowing.

Thanks
matt
