2003 k2500 sierra horn problem

2003 k2500 sierra horn problem
When I hit the keyless entry the horn works, but when I push on the steering column it does not. It does however work in the morning before it gets hot out. I checked the fuse. Could it be the relay? Or would it be at the steering column.
