Have a 95 sonoma, 4cyl, 5speed, 200kplus, The engine runs fine for about 2 minutes, starts to jerk at low speed, then it clears up and the engine light pops on, it is very consisitant, the light will go out and later on it will start the whole process again. Have not pulled codes. Any thoughts

 

have you checked the connections to make sure they are all secure?

 

which connections, tried to pull codes at advance auto, didn't work, there was a problem

 

go down and get yourself your own code reader. dont trust the idiots at advanced auto. They sell them at walmart for about 99 bucks.

my wifes car did that same thing turned out that one of her plug wires was bad.
