steady 3200 rpm at start up HELP PLEASE

steady 3200 rpm at start up HELP PLEASE

I have changed out the cam sens. thrott pos sens. idle sensor, and maf sensor
Along with the high idle i am getting a p0102 maf low a circuit
Any help will be most appreciated.

Clean the butter fly and disconnect the cruise control cable if it has one

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
