Turns over no start

My buddy has a 1997 Chevy 1500 with the 5.7l vortec. It turns over but doesn't start. I have fuel pressure and can pour gas into the throttle body and it runs for a bit. I'm thinking injectors.. but hoping fuel pressure reg. any thoughts?

How much fuel pressure you got? It needs around 60 psi. When is the last time you changed your fuel filter?
