need help with brakes

I have a 96 dodge ram 4x4. have replaced everything from the master down. now i still have a soft petal. i can dot get all the air out. what can i do

You say from the master down, does this include calipers? I had the same problem on my 98 (see sig) and I ended up doing calipers all the way around
