Is it practical to buy a newer full sized truck not liking the color to assume you can get it painted? I want to buy a new truck but this one I want to have painted matte black all around (murdered out). I have a Macco near by me and while that may not be the best place to have it done I am not made of money. Is this something that I can have done for under $1,000?

 

It depends on what you mean by newer. I don't really like the murdered out look unless the truck is done up in some way. A good paint job for under a $1000 is impossible to come by unless your doing it yourself. I used over $1000 just in materials when I painted my truck. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
