Default Chevy 350 Seized Up Rebuild

I have a 1990 Chevy K2500 W/ a 350, 8600GVWR, 8 Lug Rims.
I got a motor that is completely seized up and is out of the truck.
Looking to rebuild it completely from bottom up.
I have done head gaskets, intake gaskets, timing chains everything like that before just looking for some advice on it, since im only 20yrs old.
Plus any part suggestions would be great to. It is a plow truck/race car hauling truck.
Thank you

If the truck is good and solid, and you plan on keeping it for a few yrs, your best bet is to go to GM and buy a new 350 motor with a 3 year 36k mile warranty , or some one like Gearhead engines with a warranty.
