I was recently in an accident which was not my fault. I was rear ended on the interstate. I was hit off center of the tailgate. My bed shifted enough that it hit my cab passenger side. What kind of damage could be done that's isn't visible. I've taken it to 3 bodyshops and they say that the bed is supposed to move but I don't buy that. And I'm trying to do diminished value on my truck and need a accurate damage/repair estimate. So far the damage is $3,700.00. Which isn't a lot but depending on the parts replaced can keep it from being a certified pre-owned vehicle. I did kbb and my value is roughly $15 K when I search for certified pre-owned trucks their selling for $26 K with 10K mote miles than mine. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
