Smile Looking for truck advice

I am currently looking to get into a truck, main reasons is to tow around a race car on a dolly (about 4000 lbs) and plow snow. I would also like one with a rear window that goes down, so someone in the back seat can grab something out the bed.
I want to be able to install big subs in the bed and create some type of quick disconnect when i want to store them. (4 15s) , no bed cover
Also interested in a small lift kit, like 6 inches but im sure most truck can handle that
im looking to spend about 10,000 and wont go over 20,000
I want decent gas mileage, 15 city 20 hwy
The main truck i have in mind is a Chevy avalanche, or a 2013 eco boost f150. Im new to trucks so any advice is appreciated
