Welcome to Truck Forum Jason
Congrat on getting your Grandfather's truck.

If your putting his old truck back on the road, and everything else checks out OK.
ie: brakes, suspension, steering, body, and all the other components
Your grill and head light switch over is going to require a bit of electrical megivering.
To mount your extra set of lights and grill you are gonna have to upgrade the hole rad support.
Go to LMC and compare the parts that are on your front end Now to the parts of the truck style you want. http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cd/...g/cd/full.aspx

Not sure why everyone is saying to change the radiator support. I didn't on mine, I just drilled and tapped some holes in it.
