I have a recently bought a used 2003 GMC sierra 1500 ext cab sb.
It has a 5.3l. She runs great 1 owner prior to me.
I have put a Magna Flow exhaust, Jet chip programmer, K&N filter New AC Delco Iridium plugs and MSD 8.5 Super Conductor Wires. Also I have replaced the blower Motor resistor.
Other things LF upper and lower ball joints and an alinment.
I love truck. She sound great!
Future plans are to get the bed LineX'ed or Rhino lined. Maybe some bigger tires, and level it out she seems to sit a little low in the front end.
I work at a parts store so if any one needs some deals I may be able to help out. I do not want to make money just help out fellow members.!
