transmission interchange
will 1996 302 heads and intake bolt up to a 1985 engine block?
Will straight shift tranny bolt up also? Both are 302.
I've never done this before. I hope all I have to do is click on my saved thread and see if anyone answered it.

I am assuming that you're talking 'Ford' and though I am not a Ford guy, I don't think so. I may be wrong but, I found this link for you.
