I want to use a block lift cuz they are cheap. but from my understanding, you can only use block lifts on the rear axel. So what would i use on the front?

 

depends on the truck. if its a solid axle front with leaf springs you can use small blocks and if its coil sprung you can use coil spacers and if its newer and its ifs then you can crank your torsion bars or get new torsion keys
