Default Recalibrating Speedometer

My Son's Jeep , was Professionally Lifted for a total of 7"s. He has the Detroit Lockouts, 35" Tires, and changed the gearing ( 4:56 or 4:76 Gearing ????)to accommidate the larger tires. Problem is since he runs the Highways the Speedometer is off by at least 20 KPH( his speedo reads 20kph morethan he's actually doing ). Have gone to the Dealer but they say their only equipped to take up to a 29" tire. Where can we take the Jeep to have the Speedometer Read Correctly ??? Thanks

Should be able to talk to a off road shop or custom tunes or a programmer.
