Chevy drivers in SD!!
Our family has been driving the same beat up old chevy for years and we think it's finally time for an upgrade. We're thinking about sticking with Chevy but heve really been looking into the '09 Colorado... Can anyone who drives this truck give any feedback, both positive and negative about the all-new Colorado... ALSO... for people living in SD, do you have any idea if this is a good dealership?? http://www.qualitychevy.com/index_visited.html Anyway, let me know what you think! GO CHARGERS!!!! (Our playoff hopes are still alive!)

To be honest with you, you are better off getting a full size truck. I have driven Colorado's and I hate them. They are just not built very well and from what I hear they just perform horribly and the fuel economy with the 3.7 isn't any better than a full size. I personally would look into a 2009 Silverado or Sierra. The market is so bad that dealers are pretty much giving them away.
You didn't mention what you were looking for as far as cab configuration but you will just get more room out of a silverado no matter what you get. the backseat in a crew cab colorado is about the same as in an extended cab silverado.
If fuel economy is the issue, look at this
2009 Colorado Crew cab 4x4 3.7 5cyl: city 16 Highway 21
2009 Colorado Crew cab 4x4 5.3 V8: city 14 Highway 19
2009 Silverado K1500 5.3 V8: city 14 Highway 20
2009 Silverado Hybrid 4x4 6.0 city 20 Highway 20

So I was driving home in a snowstorm tonight and I saw one of those 09 Colorado's.
No one was driving it because somehow he tried to take exit 39.5 and it didn't work out so well. I knew something was up when I saw oncoming headlights between the highway and the exit

Hi,
I am new mamber in this. As I know that A truck or lorry is a motor vehicle designed to transport cargo. Trucks/lorries vary greatly in size, power and configuration, with the smallest being mechanically similar to an automobile. Commercial trucks/lorries can be very large and powerful, and may be configured to mount specialized equipment, such as in the case of fire trucks and concrete mixers. Modern trucks are powered by either gasoline or Diesel engines, with the latter dominant in commercial applications.
Thanks
Jimmy
