Default Local Guy Gets PULLED OVER and Charged

AM I WRONG? Friday 7:45a on Country 600 CKAT. Couldn't help but chuckle yesterday when I heard the story about the guy who got stopped and charged with CARELESS DRIVING. He was caught eating while driving, but who hasn't done that right? But here's the thing, whatever he was eating required the use of a fork. A fork! Now I'm not advocating eating while driving but there are a couple of unwritten rules if you are going to chow down behind the wheel.
Rule #1 You have to be able to eat it with just 1 hand. No driving with your knees so the footlong sub is out
Rule #2 It can't drip, so the Big Mac is trouble and so is the powdered, jelly filled donut.
Rule #3 You can't use a fork. Seriously, if you have to use a utensil you deserve to be stopped Hwy patrol.
As for what the guy who got busted was eating? The best guess around here is a poutine. Which makes me wonder if it was confiscated with the bust? Because if it wasn't you know he's not letting that go to waste as he heads back onto the highway. AM I WRONG? Andy Wilson.

I have seen a woman eating a bowl of cereal while driving. Every other car seems to be on the cell phone too.....this after increasing the fines. People just dont get it

But how is it even possible to drive while eating cereal. I mean where was the bowl placed? On her lap? I can hardly imagine doing that.
