My set of wheels have seen all sorts of weather and now have what I call spider web lines all over them its driving me nuts is it just possible to Polish them out or am I going to need to send them in any suggestions would be awesome.

Some truck stops have a good polish that truckers use.

Well that would be up to your decision because if you want to polish them you can but again as you said the tires are worn out i think then it is risky using them i would suggest you to buy new ones because you will be on the safer side while you drive dont think about money it comes and goes but i say do take risk.
