Got this new 2018 Silverado 2500HD gasser and after 500 miles I decided to punch it to see what it could do and noticed it just stopped going any faster at 100mph. Does anyone know if that's a break-in governor stop or is that the limit on these trucks. I had an 01 1500 and it would hit 110mph with no problem but I can see they might limit these trucks during break-in but open it up after some period of time. If that's the case, what is that period of time or number of miles. Or do I have to get an after market tuner and forget about the warranty?
