hi i have a 2006 sierra with 160k its 2wd extended cab short bed 6.0. the front lower control arms have big bump stops and are touching with the truck just sitting, shouldnt they away from each other if so how much? and im sure that adjusting it will result in an allignment? Thanks

 

Those aren't bump stops and yes it is OK if they are touching. They are called jounce bumpers and aid in the "cushioning" of the suspension.
