This is a truck not a ricer. I was thinking some kind or lower air dam modification. Although maybe some hood vents wuld help. Probably not enough though.
I was just joking lol! But your right there probably isn't much you can do short of lowering the truck which I'm sure is out of the question. Best thing I could think of if you ever get the new programmers like the trinity that will display speed just make your own limit you won't exceed.

02' - You are right, this truck will never get lowered. It will get lifted more though. Maybe I will just put some wings on it. It will lower the time needced to get to work, as long as I clear the rivers.

Just gets a little windy...

I hammered it when I saw one of those by-the-road radar thingys that tells you your speed, and got it to 142...

I don't see what sense there is in going over 100mph anyway. It's dangerous and most tires aren't rated to maintain speeds over 80 and the ones that are usually aren't rated to go much faster than 130. I prefer to do my racing from 0-60ish. If I haven't beaten you by then I doubt I'm going to ya know?

For me on the highway, I get a bit of joy when someone hits there governor before I do. My big thing is the fact I lost a race to a riced out Jetta when I first bought my truck simply because I hit the governor. I shot past him then he shot past me. I used to do 115-120 mph sprints in my 91' all the time on BFG mud terrains. Just made sure it was light outside, flat, straight and dry when I did it. Not the brightest but it wasn't like I held it there for very long.
