I'm not very handy overhauling trucks. The problem is my wife loves this 1990 3/4 ton GMC truck with 208,000 miles on it. The brakes are shot, the 4 wheel drive won't always go into 4 hi, original motor and the body is fair to poor. We use it on the farm hauling hay, feed or whatever. Sometimes to town 5 to 10 miles away. Is it worth getting in servicable shape? What price limit should I set? Or is it junk?
