Hi,

I have a very annoying squeak or whistle coming from the front of engine. It is worse at idle only starting after the engine is warm.

I have changed the fan clutch and the ac pulley.

I thought it was the fan clutch for sure, when I notice that after the engine is shut off the whistle or squeak continues after the belt stops.

Now I think the whistle is air intake related???

Any ideas what could be the problem?

check your vacum lines as there might be a leak in them or as you said it could be an intake leak i guess but i cant see it being that after you shut the engine off
also it could be yoru radiator cap realeaseing pressure slowly
