One of my buds has a 03 serria 189k miles.I beleive he has the 5.3 auto trans and its a extended cab.His instrument cluster stopped working.No speedometer,gas guagetac ,the wholekit and koobooodle.Nothing is working.So what would suspected cause and things to check for fixing this problem?

That's unusual that EVERYTHING cut out... If all the fuses are good. It may be the larger wiring harness plug became dislodged from the back of the cluster.

 

Thanks for replying,He thinks that its a ground wire issue but not sure.I told him where the grounds were so he can check them.Otherwise I said your going to have to drop the dash.Is there any relays that could have gone bad?If so where would they be?Thanks Aaron
