I have a 2009 chevy silverado crew cab vin# 2GCEC13C791133445. It has 75k miles and the transmission just made a loud noise and now it will only go in reverse. i bought it brand new and from day one it sounded like it would shift real hard going from 1st to 2nd gear they just kept telling me nothing was wrong. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so what did it take to fix it and how much did it cost

Your glove box RPO list should have a RPO " M30 "

 

Take it to the dealer still under powertrain warranty till 09/14/2014 or 100k miles!!
