Default 2009 chevy silverado transmission problems

I have a 2009 chevy silverado crew cab vin# 2gcec13c791133445. It has 75k miles and the transmission just made a loud noise and now it will only go in reverse. i bought it brand new and from day one it sounded like it would shift real hard going from 1st to 2nd gear they just kept telling me nothing was wrong. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so what did it take to fix it and how much did it cost

I hope this video might help.
I'm pretty sure you have a 4L60E transmission
Your glove box RPO list should have a RPO " M30 "
