hello once more...i waas talking to my friend who knows a lot more than i do about trucks and i had a question. would my truck benefit that much from a CAI? or would i just be wasting money that is not needed.

 

yea, you will notice a good amount of improvement i suggest a cheaper model as their all the same design basically easier to justify if its a lil cheaper right?

 

bjgabbard, why not just do the free airbox mod? I did that as well as a K&N air filter and I had REALLY significant gains in my opinion! Just do a search for the Ultimate Free Mods List that MrLM7 did. You may be suprised at some of the stuff you can do to our trucks. Heck, with a hacksaw it only took me about 15 minutes from start to finish to do this airbox mod and it was FREE!

 

definatly...what website would be the best to get one??? they shouldnt be too hard to install myself right?

 

Easy to install, I think it too me 15 min. I got mine from performancecenter.com and they treated me well.
