I need some expert answers. I want to change my 2009 GMC 2500 HD from 3.73 differential gearing to 4.10 I assume I need to change both front and rear gears. Do I just need to change the ring gear or what? Can some please help I need to haul a little heavier load than is recommended for the 3.73 gearing. My engine is 6.0 gas. The ring and pinion will need to be changed out for both the front and rear. Have you thought about a tune for your truck?? Those help so much for added power. They cost roughly about $300.
