Our C3500 seems to have a fuel or Trans problem but with only 106K miles I don't think it's the Trans.
The truck will run fine then starts the hesitation thing and it is hard to get up to speed.
I replaced the fuel filter and it ran great for a few days then it started all over again.
I think there may be something in the fuel tank that is clogging the filter up so that when trying to get it up to speed the filter is restriction the fuel flow.
Whatch think?

Its possible....is it hard to start in the cold? does it miss when its cold? if so sounds like a crank sensor but if you replaced the fuel filter and it fixed the problem I would say you need to r+r the tank and give it a good cleaning and as a precaution and since you are there change the pump

chrisbmo2000, The truck is very easy to start be it cold hot rain or
what ever it starts right up!
I found tanks on line for $85, so I may just replace it. I'll get a new pump
also.
Any idea how difficult it is to remove the tank, anything to loosen up prior to
dropping the tank, harness things like that?
Thanks
