dash lights problem?

Default dash lights problem?
On my truck my abs brake light came on and my check engine light came on and i am not sure why. they came on at different times but i was just wondering why you guys thought they did. Also a few weeks ago i put a new injection system on my truck and the light was not on.

it may have lost a speed sensor since the 2 came on together
